Digital Delivery Policy

All Cyan Art products are digital downloads. No physical item will be mailed or shipped.

After payment is successfully completed, customers receive access through:

• The order confirmation or thank-you page.
• A download link sent to the email address entered during checkout.

Delivery is normally immediate, but email delivery can occasionally take up to 30 minutes. Customers should check their spam or promotions folder and confirm that the email address used during checkout is correct.

If a download link is missing or does not work, contact cyanart117@gmail.com with the order number. We will provide assistance or a replacement link.

Customers are responsible for downloading and safely backing up their files. Download availability may be subject to reasonable security and access controls.
