By purchasing from Cyan Art, you agree to these terms.

Digital products

All products currently sold by Cyan Art are downloadable digital files. Product photographs, framed-art scenes, room settings, and tote-bag images may be illustrative mockups. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, no frame, print, tote bag, or other physical item is included.

Personal-use license

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal purposes.

You may:

Download and store the files for your personal use.
Print the artwork for yourself or as a personal gift.
Use a printing service to produce personal copies.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the digital files.
Upload the files to file-sharing, marketplace, or print-on-demand services.
Sell physical or digital products containing the artwork.
Claim the artwork as your own.
Use the files for commercial, promotional, or business purposes without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership. All artwork and associated intellectual-property rights remain the property of Cyan Art.

Product appearance

Colors can vary between monitors, printers, inks, papers, fabrics, and printing services. Cyan Art cannot guarantee an exact color match. Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate files, dimensions, materials, and printing settings.

Payments

Prices and availability may change without notice. Orders are not complete until payment is successfully processed. We may cancel or refund orders affected by pricing errors, fraud concerns, unauthorized use, or technical problems.

Refunds

Purchases are governed by the Cyan Art Return and Refund Policy available through our store.

Disclaimer and liability

Digital files are provided as described in their product listings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyan Art is not responsible for indirect losses, printing expenses, incompatible software, customer modifications, or results produced by third-party printers.

Our total liability concerning a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
